Hotel staff is kind and helpful. Truly a pleasure to interact with!! Great restaurant recommendations, clean rooms, although a bit on the smaller side. Pool is fantastic and the beach is a 2 min walk. Great find in Miami. We will return!
Weren't very helpful. Reception was dry and felt uncaring. Almost ruined our honeymoon if not for another hotel, The Riviera, just around the corner which actually let us check in and gave us a suite upon hearing what we had been through. It also has twice the amount of pools. One positive thing worth noting was the amazing bell boy who took our luggage from the cab without being summoned and upon hearing our problems with being able to stay there and rudeness of staff/management, he offered sincere apologies and personally ... read more
