I would never go back there,our rooms weren’t ready when you checked in,they say they have balcony’s but it’s definitely it a balcony,they charge 2 deposits and they charge you to go inside the hotel pool area
My stay at the Plymouth was amazing! They were pet friendly and accommodated me in any way I needed. Ciara at the front desk was amazing! Hotel was clean and every staff member I came across was so helpful. Beautiful pool and the private section on the beach was helpful during COVID. I would recommend!
They would not refund our money with the crisis our country is facing! I would NEVER recommend this hotel for anyone!!!!
Absolutely no customer service. Tried calling to discuss cancelling or changing the date of our March 21 reservation and after three attempts, manager just said “I can’t hear you” and hung up, then wouldn’t pick the phone back up. We still wanted to stay, just change the date due to the virus. I guess they don’t mind if their customers are exposed! But I should mention, it’s pretty impressive that people that don’t know how to run a business are running a business.
Don't charge cancellation fees during these times where everyone is afraid of flying due to the virus
Such an accommodating hotel. The perfect little find in beautiful Miami Beach..! Stayed twice and already booked for this August.!
