Sadly not a good experience. Valuation of our property was far higher than others and we were naively hooked. After 3 reductions we had still not sold and removed from the market. Sadly also the sales pitches at viewings were a disappointment, information missed or delivered negatively and then PH appeared to lose interest. Will be starting again with a more realistic valuation and a different agent.
