Purchased today 4 blush padded dining chairs from the outlet in Kingston. In store experience was lovely, and very professional. Ross was on hand to help answer questions about the chairs and help me with my purchase. A big thank you! Margot the manager kindly helped me complete my order and then with Adrian's help load it into our car. The chairs are of good quality with a warranty which the manager fully explained. Have nothing but positive things to say. The lady who helped me in store was so helpful, the price I still can’t believe. delivery was smooth and furniture arrived wrapped and protected. Will definitely be back
It's a big furniture shop with loads of big tacky signs that say stuff like "MASSIVE MEGA SALE". It looks like it should have loads of cheap furniture in it like a charity shop, instead it's all mega expensive. The most unforgivable thing is that the owner/manager is allowed to stand out on the high street with a megaphone like it's an auction at the community fair. Very annoying.
