I am very, very happy with the installation of my new whole-house water softener by Josh Vanbronckhorst of Plumbing Masters. He showed up on time, was friendly, helpful and highly professional in his presentation and work. They came to do what they were supposed to do and gave me an estimate on some things that they found but they didn’t do a sales pitch job of high pressuring
The technicians that came to my house were polite, and did a good job. They also did me a favor by replacing my old laundry machine hoses that they noticed were old.... for free! I am very pleased with the service they provided that day. 👍🏼
Technician was running late but office kept me in the loop and was apologetic. Michael N showed up and made nice with my pooch who’s ultra protective when someone new is here. He then fixed my garbage disposal in record time! Incredibly happy with the service I received.
They arrived on time,fixed my leaks, rebuilt my toilets,installed new angle stops on toilets and all 3 of my sinks, installed a new shower enclosure.I have worked with Mike P., Richard, Mike McBride,Ben,Lester, Miguel. They have been especially helpful, working with my upstairs neighbors (the leaks originated there). Mike McB took care of getting my shower enclosure and remodeling repair! They're professional & friendly ,they let me know what needed to be done, they take care of repairs without hesitation!
