At my home same day appointment. Arrived just after an hour after call. He gave me options and prices.I worked on my sink and cleanout for a few days. I couldn't get it unclogged as the dishes were pulling up.Decent price and good experienced employee

Ordered all necessary parts for replacing my dripping and leaking faucets. I did not have to find the parts myself which was a big relief for me. Matthew was very polite and did not leave a big mess for me to clean up. Thank you Plumbing Masters.

They came out on Sunday because my water heater was leaking. He didn’t have the right water heater on his truck so he said he would come back on Monday. He comes on Monday and installs new water heater. I wait over an hour to test to see if we have hot water, and we DIDN’T!!! Called the office and the twit on the phone tells me there will be a $150 fee for them to come out tonight and fix THEIR mistake! I asked if she would waive the fee because it was their mistake and she said no. Now I get to go two days with no hot water... read more
