Josh, the technician, arrived on time and was friendly. He examined my problem and gave me a detailed description of what needed to be done. I am very satisfied with the work. He cleaned up after he finished.
They were fast, friendly, professional, and efficient . I'm very pleased.
I would advise any person to not use plumbing masters! My grandmother (who didn’t want to bother me) called plumbing masters. She had a toilet that had a small water run. for the few internal parts that where replaced, she was charged nearly $600 dollars. Not only, is this incredibly unfair but it’s dishonest. This company takes advantage of senior citizens. I would advise everyone to stay clear of this company that lacks integrity.
Only once was I disappointed with service from any technician. Ben was professional, kept me informed of when he needed to leave to get needed supplies, etc. He commented how helpful I was by providing access and preparing the area so he could work. He was also surprised that I asked how he was doing since he was jobs since early that day.
We had an underground water line break from the meter to the house. Water flowed for hours into the street. A call to Plumbing Masters had a technician at our home early the next day. Levi first quoted the cost and then proceeded to hand dig a trench to install a brand new buried water line. All work was completed by 6:30PM, house water was reestablished, and all was done for the quoted price. Great work-Great People-No Surprises😀
