An absolute Fraud, the emergency technician came in and did nothing, did not identify which part needed replacing and basically took £150 to spend 5 mins umm-ing and ah-ing. There was 0 follow up when emailed or phoned - in respect to which part was needed or what the resolution plan was. Do not call this business under any circumstances.
