I paid Ben more than 2 weeks ago for a part that was supposed to be fitted last Friday-payment was for 50% of what I was quoted for the whole job. Supposedly it was damaged when being picked up Friday morning and I was due to get a call later that day to rearrange once re-ordered. So far I have had no call, no response to emails and anytime I try to call it goes straight to voicemail. I don’t believe the part was ordered and am now £750 out of pocket with no contact from Ben.
