I paid Ben more than 2 weeks ago for a part that was supposed to be fitted last Friday-payment was for 50% of what I was quoted for the whole job. Supposedly it was damaged when being picked up Friday morning and I was due to get a call later that day to rearrange once re-ordered. Really good service from Ben. I had some tricky tap to be replaced: difficult to reach and you need some contortionist skills on top of the plumber ones. No issues for Ben. He offers a, efficient and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

I found Ben online as he had good reviews. However following my experience with him it has been very disappointing. I called Ben for a drain issue and he failed to identify the main issues of the drain. He instead did some changes to other pipes which he said was incorrect even though these were not the main issue. He probably made up some fault because the leak is still there even though I was charged £640.
