22.03.2023 Really helpful staff, went in looking for a toilet flush (19990s style) and they had one in stock. £30 Inc VAT. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend and return.
I called yesterday seeking what I believe is called a radiator valve replacement head, which I had taken off the night before so that I could show your staff what I needed, as it was no longer controlling the heat of the radiator in out en-suite. Instead of the help I expected, I was served by a “comedian” who said he could not find me a replacement and suggested - to the amusement if the other customers - that I would probably find my house flooded by the time I got home.
