Ordered 2 x Myson Hi Line Space Heaters at least 2mths ago. Stated on Website in stock and delivered within 7days. Every time I checked the order page, the delivery changed. Enough is Enough. Finally expected the order on the 5th September 2025 and guess what, looked again and changed to the 11th. Had no option but to cancel the order now awaiting a refund. Still chasing my refund which they keep promising is being processed. The order was 1 year ago! This is an update as I finally received my refund just over a year to get it.

Don t ever ORDER. If you want to return. Good luck.
Awful company. They won’t return your items as they buy from a third party. When the third party doesn’t accept a return they refuse to return the payment.
