I don’t know how good his skills are but if his attending appointments is anything to go with, nobody should deal with him. He specifically told me he would come over to do a job twice, named date and time and failed to attend on both cases with no messages or calls to cancel, won’t answer phone calls or messages, absolutely no concern in the world. I wouldn’t deal with him. Very unreliable…..and completely unprofessional.

James, ably assisted by Sarah, fitted a new boiler for me yesterday. As usual the work was done really well and James explained everything before they left. James has done work for me before and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
In out and fixed within half hour, fantastic service and great people
James came out to de cap and put my new electric cooker in. Spoke to sarah and james both very polite and kept me upto date before turning up. Once here james was very friendly and chatty n sorted what I needed doing highly rate and would use again thank you james and sarah for doing a fab job xx
