As a PG Host we got scammed by this portal. Calculations of payouts completely wrong. Had to terminate the contract and remove 150 listings off the platform due to financial ambiguity within the platform.
I booked a 3-week stay (approximately £6,900) through Plum Guide expecting the premium, carefully vetted standards the company promotes. I arrived in London on Monday and checked into the property that day. On Tuesday — after my final pre-surgery consultation ahead of my Wednesday surgery — I contacted Plum Guide to raise serious concerns about the condition of the apartment. Very disappointing. Do not trust.
Awful service. Klara is a chatbot. Paid £20 extra to go with them because of the positive reviews over Sykes, but in reality, they just added an additional layer of admin hassle. do not recommend using.
