Very poor firm. Using them for my divorce and it has to be said they are inept. They like to charge you, and when you chase them to take action they charge you for that as well. Will see what you need (and charge) and then fold in the face of little resistance. Have told them it was poor, and their response was a metaphorical shrug of the shoulders. They just don't care, and will push you to accept whatever poor deal is offered once they have generated a few thousand pounds in fees
