We were FTBs and had loads of questions as we had next to no clue as to what to do haha! Sehrish Iqbal looked after our purchase and was very helpful. Made the whole process very easy, provided updates whenever possible and always made us feel a part of it all whilst answering any questions, no matter how big or small. Would highly recommend!
