I would highly reccomend PLS to anyone buying a house. We just purchased our first home and they were amazing. Our case handler, Lisa was great. Always replied, gave all info that we needed and fully kept us in the loop, as well as regular phone calls to check in with us!
We had an excellent experience working with Isabelle and her team at PLS for our new build home purchase in Newcastle-under-Lyme. As first-time buyers in the UK, we had many questions, and they were always supportive, patient, and quick to respond. They explained everything clearly and kept us informed throughout, making the whole process much less stressful. We truly appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend Isabelle and her team to anyone looking for a reliable solicitor.
Stay away from those solicitors I don’t recommend them , I had the worst experience with Sean and no one to complain to . I dealt with them in purchasing my flat . Sean doesn’t understand the contract and doesn’t understand what he is doing. Always he is not available and the worst is, he does follow my instructions and did what exactly I told him not to do . Pretty poor service front to back. - Admittedly we had a fairly complicated deposit situation, but PLS always felt like they were working against us rather than for us. Repeatedly asking for documents we’d already provided, asking us to translate documents that already had English translations, and plenty of other obstacles rather than solutions. - PLS sent us a final invoice that had adjusted fees on it.
