Very disappointed by PLS. 5 years ago I purchased my property with them, and they were great. Time to remortgage, so called 1 week ago and was informed they are not taking on any more cases (which was disappointing in itself). By chance called again recently to double check, and was informed by staff that they can take on case and that last caller I spoke to was either 'mistaken' or situation has changed.
