I had a very frustrating experience with this office, primarily due to the front desk staff. Tatiana was consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful every time I interacted with her. Basic questions were met with attitude, and it often felt like I was inconveniencing her just by calling or checking in. I’m a retired registered nurse writing this review in hopes that it helps others with important healthcare decision making. I was a long term patient treated at this practice. I was associated with Plotsky Medical, off and on, for probably well over two decades. During that period of time, I witnessed serious decline in the quality of customer service there. Always been happy with this practice.
Annemarie has been my pcp since I moved to the area several years ago. My appointments with her are always thorough. She takes the time to explain my labs and allows time for me to express my concerns without me feeling rushed. She has a wonderful personality and makes me feel comfortable during my visits.
