I had a very frustrating experience with this office, primarily due to the front desk staff. Tatiana was consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful every time I interacted with her. Basic questions were met with attitude, and it often felt like I was inconveniencing her just by calling or checking in. On top of that, the office has ongoing issues with billing and insurance processing. I was associated with Plotsky Medical, off and on, for probably well over two decades. During that period of time, I witnessed serious decline in the quality of customer service there.
