very bad experience with truck shipment ex UK to Holland, hardly no updates and only wrong info. Lady had no idea about the location of the Venlo hub they use in Holland. Hiding themselves and no open communication. Bad, bad, bad and we have to accept the delay of course. For us never Plexus Freight again.
Have used these on a few occasions now transporting goods from Germany to the UK and can honestly say they are great. They take all the hassle out of getting our products here, would definitely recommend. As for costs, really good value and Emma is superb with the communication.
Emma was really helpful on a tight deadline and the whole process ran really smoothly
We used Emma - she was a dream 10/10 on comms and speed of reply Will use all shipping through her now
We were new to importing materials from Europe and a bit wary. However Emma advised and assisted us and made it very easy for us. Will definitely be using Plexus again
