Very Poor & Disappointing Service, Will never order again ruined my day! And I am sure I am not the only one, ordered flowers a week ago for an occasion and when I arrived to collect it wasn’t ready where I had to wait for it to be made, also asked for specific flowers and got something else unwrapped properly with no food or water

I ordered flowers for my mums wedding bouquet and the explanation for what I wanted was not listened to, and a part of the order was forgotten. This was extremely stressful for myself, and I had to rush around north London until very late on the night before the wedding trying to solve the issue. The lack of attention left me very disappointed and I would not use again or recommend.
