Very bad experience with this surgery my daughter has been sick from yesterday and I called them for make an urgent appointment for her but the receptionist is very rude she talk with me very rude... even though I fill the form she sent to me she said that she is not received it and cut the call....
Unfortunately since I left a semi decent review,a member of your staff told me if I don't like it to find another practice.,I could not believe how I was spoken too. I asked to speak to the manageress,Unfortunately 2 weeks now and is obviously avoiding me,her job is to sort her staff out. I went in yesterday and was told the manageress would call by 10..nothing. Rang again today spoke to the same rude,ignorant person with a massive chip on her shoulder,surprise, surprise, manageress is busy,was told in a very unfriendly mann... read more
I’ll give 2 stars because Ive not really had a problem with the doctors other than they don’t seem to call me back or update me after saying they will with test results etc which is really concerning as what if my test results where serious? I wouldnt know because of the lack of communication… the receptionist are so rude! Always have an attitude to the point I dread calling up and going in and I’ve seen it to other patients especially vulnerable patients which is disgusting and I will be getting an advocate to report this t... read more
The staff at the surgery are friendly and professional. They are easy to talk to, efficient in their approach, and make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I always feel well cared for and appreciate how attentive and respectful everyone is when i visit.
