The Pleasant Cafe has been specializing in Italian and American food since the late 1930s. All of our sauces, dough, soups, gravy are made daily in house. We are known for our pizza which brings in customers from all over New England. Hand rolled thin crust cooked to perfection with a cheese blend that was shredded that day from a large block of cheese. What could be better? Bring the whole family, dine happily and leave without breaking the bank.

Fabulous food , great atmosphere love it , will recommend to all my friends
I have eaten pizza at the Pleasant Cafe for almost 50 years and it s always delicious
I used to go to the pleasant in the 50's...My husband and I went on Friday...it lived up to the memories...the decor was the same..the oval dishes were the same and the quality of the food and the service were outstanding..can't wait to come back...next time it will be on a Thursday to see if the New England boiled dinner lives up to the hype.
The Pleasant is the best!! I've been going for years and my parents have been going since the 1960's when they were just dating! Went last night and had the veal parmigiana - so flipping good! Can't wait to head back - next time I'm getting their great pizza!!
