we have leased several vehicles from Plaza Lincoln. in the past we had no issues however, today our MKZ need to be serviced. They were picking it up and leaving a loaner. No problem, they were supposed to be here at 8:00, they did get here until nearly 9:00 and because the driver forgot his license he could not be let into our development. By the end of the day, 5:00, we were waiting to hear when they were bringing our car back as it was suppose to be returned today, we finally had to call the dealership.
