Made a Saturday appointment for my MKS for oil change and issue with tensioner making noise and exhaust fumes in the car after accelerating etc. Service advisor Robert Giugno was NOT friendly from the start, stoned faced. Explained issues of course tensioner didn’t make the noise when I shut car off for him. Asked if they could pop my cabin ac filter: well they will charge you for that and it takes a half hour. WRONG! It takes all of five minutes to drop the glove box and pop cover off but that’s ok I declined as again he ac... read more
Jay, our salesman, did an outstanding job working with us. He listened to us explain which type of cerified preowned Lincoln MKC that we were looking for. There wasn’t one on the lot, so he followed up for us and when one showed up two weeks later he immediately contacted us. We bought that car that day. Jay not only thoroughly explained all of the features of the MKC to us, but he even delivered the car to our home. Plaza Lincoln’s management is fortunate to have Jay and his professionalism working for them.
Although I would still recommend Plaza Lincoln, I’m NOT completely satisfied with our latest service. We originally complained about the navigation (going bunkers or freezing - I emailed them videos) on our 2018 MKX over a year ago. At that service, last year, they kept the vehicle overnight and allegedly performed a “software update” that would solve the issue. It worked for a few days but the it went batty again, so we stopped relying on our Google Maps, which is ok but one of the reasons we paid a premium (even on a lease... read more

Plaza Lincoln exceeded our expectations by far! It was such positive experience every step of the way - I knew what I wanted going in. They made sure that the vehicle I wanted was available beforehand. They gave me an excellent sale price, trade-in, and financing package. We came late on a Saturday and they helped us after hours to complete the sale. It only took about an hour and a half from start to finish...including the test drive. Plaza Lincoln is really the best at what they do.
