This was, without a doubt, the worst dealership service experience I’ve ever had. I brought my 2024 Lincoln Navigator in to repair a door seal and a popping noise in the driver’s seat. When I got it back, two driver-side pillar trim pieces had been damaged (broken clips and visible cosmetic damage), and the driver’s seat had been reinstalled incorrectly, leaving noticeable gaps.
