RecommendedHad our 2018 Lincoln Mkc for two years now. Customer Service is has always been great. We love the having them come to pick up vehicle for service, the access to a loaner care, and service completed fashion. Customer Service employees are courteous and easy to work with.
I have purchased from Plaza for several years different Lincoln automobiles. The service department is what won me over, as well as their concierge service.Always greeted by name and with a smile. They take care of what I requested and needed and do not try to sell me on something I don’t really have to have. My choice of Lincoln dealers is simply Plaza.

We just leased a new Lincoln Corsair. NO hard sell, got exactly what we wanted and needed, no extra bells and whistles that we didn't want to pay for. Process was easy, sales rep. Jay Bitzer was fantastic. We needed to return our leased Jeep to the dealership down the road and they gave us such a run around!!!!!! Jay took us personally to a Jeep dealer who took care of us 1,2,3! Highly recommend Jay at Plaza Lincoln!!!

Their customer care is number one in my book. Whatever the needs are, they move expeditiously to see that it is taken care of. Whether it’s a function on your vehicle you don’t quite understand or whether some areas were missed in the Cleannng process; they take care of it with a friendly attitude. I would recommend Plaza Lincoln to any one.
Great service great customer service very friendly staff
Took me on time, explained when an added expense came up. Cleaned my car and I was off in about the timeframe I expected. The waiting area is large and allowed keeping proper distance.
Returned my MKX on early lease return. Husband died two months ago. Was very anxious Scott knocked himself out to help ease this for me. I downsized to a new Corsair I love this vehicle and he got me into a new lease that lowered my payments and has given me peace of mind. Our third Lincoln and I feel safe and secure on the road. Very thankful.
