My visit to this Lincoln service was better this time than the last two. I'm sorry. Just didn't get the customer service for a luxury vehicle that I anticipated. The service department for my Jeep is way better. Maybe I was expecting too much.
Had my 15,000-mile service last week, and the concierge service worked great, as usual. Rob is always pleasant, whether on the phone or in person. As an aside, I had to call Lincoln Roadside Service from the Publix parking lot at Colony, for a battery that wouldn't start. From the time I called, to the time I drove back into my garage, was just 30 minutes. Then the battery was replaced at the 15,000-mile service the next day.
