attention to my concerns, they are prompt and are always ready for me when i get to my appointment, with the loaner ready, no waiting.
The customer service is excellent! Scott is by far one of the most patient young men and efficient individual we know. He knows his product and can impart that knowledge to techno-phobic senior citizens. We have been Plaza Lincoln customers since we moved to Florida in 2005.
I have been really pleased with my vehicle lease experience up until the most recent maintenance! The vehicle was brought back to me with dirty hand prints on the head rest in the back seat! The back seats were down ... not how they were when they took it! There were marks on the back seat ... and on the floorboard / driver’s side where the tech dragged their feet and scuffed it up! I had a paint issue that they caused from getting a car wash there. Their fix to a obvious gouge in the paint was to dab some white out into the gouge. Very sad, and disappointing, and unprofessional. I'll never take my car there for service. They don't care about the customer, or their product after the sale.
I love going there. Everyone is so courteous and helpful.
