I have a 2011 CTS-V Sport Wagon with a Hennessey 650 package on it. I bought the car from Plaza Cadillac, it has 55K miles on it and it has been serviced by Plaza since I bought it. Plaza Cadillac's service has always been outstanding and excellent. Pity Cadillac does not make a wagon any more, I would buy it:)
Sure since you asked.. The people were not friendly tried to tell me how my Saab worked and but really had no Idea because they don't have the diagnostic tools to clear codes after a repair like they should. Replaced the air bag in a timely manner but failed to put my steering wheel back together correctly. Then when I called to tell them the air bag light didn't go off (because they didn't clear the code like I told them they would have to do) and they put the steering wheel back together wrong, they proceeded to tell me th... read more
I rarely rate 5 stars. Their mechanic named Oscar is the best. Oscar will take care of your car like his own.
I bought a pre owned Cadillac CTS from Plaza I had been to four other dealerships stressful and then I went to Plaza had the best experience ever at this dealership this is it forever customer now ...
Stopped by to get a few of the toys on the new car explained to me , like the surround video recorder , the heads-up display and to request an appointment next week to have mud flaps ( old school ) and a strip of tint across the windshield. Great folks . and good Listeners .
