Terrible, dishonest and lacking integrity. My car sat at the dealership for a week and a half with no work done on it at all, they wouldn't return any of my calls, to make it so much worse they cracked my windshield, ripped the weather stripping on my door and are refusing to fix it even though I have proof that the vehicle was not like that when it went in. Stay away from them!
