Bunch of old people at the parts department dont know what the hell they are talking about, dont know how to use a computer and look up OEM parts for a specific model.
I'm now driving my second new Cadillac from Plaza Cadillac of Leesburg, Florida. The one I own now is the 2016 XTS. Great automobile!!! Both the sales and service departments are second to none. Every time I go to Plaza Cadillac, they treat me like family, even if it is just for a free car wash. Evan, who sold me both Cadillacs goes above and beyond to make the sale pleasurable.
I have been happy and completely satisfied in my dealings with Plaza Cadillac.
I am very happy with the service at Plaza Cadillac.Staff very helpful & offer the best service I've ever seen ,far better than other car dealerships
Best automobile dealer I have ever delt with . Always striving for customer satisfaction. Great people, great product . Just wonderful!
