Every time I take the car in I am treated great. Bob McFall, my salesman, has been wonderful and I would highly recommend him. All of the employees couldn't be more helpful.
Service was great! Had issues tried 3 times to get them addressed at Sullivans and they said no issues????? Plaza found both issues ordered new parts . They have a forever customer in me now . Highly recommend them!
Bunch of old people at the parts department dont know what the hell they are talking about,dont know how to use a computer and look up OEM parts for a specific model.
I'm now driving my second new Cadillac from Plaza Cadillac of Leesburg, Florida. The one I own now is the 2016 XTS. Great automobile!!! Both the sales and service departments are second to none. Every time I go to Plaza Cadillac, they treat me like family, even if it is just for a free car wash. Evan, who sold me both Cadillacs goes above and beyond to make the sale pleasurable.
