Good service. Michael was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Everybody greeted me as I walked thru the dealership.
Charley was able to by-pass the automatic seat adjustment on my 2014 XTS. Others at Plaza told me it was impossible to do but Charley did it.
Car was received on time for service. This was done in a timely manner.
Plaza has always gave me good service on my 4 Cadillacs. Charlie is always helpful. Service writer's are very good. Rickie my salesman is very helpful also. I say good job Plaza.

Went in for 2 recalls an oil change, tire rotation and comp carwash and vaccum, I specificly asked several times to vaccum my car and they said no problem it is a comp, I said great and when i went back 7 hours later to pick up car i asked if everything was done and they said yes, I asked even the vaccum and they said yes. Well when i got into my car I could tell right away that thier was no way they vaccumed it. So i pointed it out and they said they could vaccum it out but it would require me to wait even longer, I said no... read more
I just purchased a new XT5 and the experience was excellent! So far, the vehicle is very, very good and much improved over my 2013 ATS, which was traded. Kudos to all the staff who went out of their way to get my vehicle delivered to me in an expedited fashion, I appreciate everyone's help!
