Dropped off car on Monday for scheduled appointment. Tuesday found out what was wrong and ordered the parts. Parts would be in wed and today is Saturday and still waiting on parts!!!! Advisor Tim has not once called with status. We the ones calling. And not then tells us I’ll call you back and never knows anything.
