Really do everything you could expect in a professional and helpful manner. The only negative is that I had a coupon for a discounted oil change and approved work that was meant to have a 10% discount that I did not receive upon checkout. I know I should have returned and requested the promised discount (spent over $300) but never made it back. i will use them again, as I have for several years now, but I will have to pay attention at checkout. Importantly - the work seems to be good and they have always been timely.
First visit, all went well. Quick, courteous, and informed me of all done. Just routine service visit, 5 stars so far.

Went in for scheduled service on my XT5. I was met after pulling into the service center by a gentleman who was very polite. Went inside and was written up by a young lady who was equally very polite. Service was quick and painless. I certainly would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a Cadillac.
Probably the best experience buying a car ever. Rick Jimenez is the guy to go see. Will answer all your questions and demonstrate all the features. No pressure at all and decided to buy new instead of used after hearing all the new features on the 18. A lot of salespeople can't recall the nuances between model years, but Rick really knew his stuff. Thanks, love the car!
Had the greatest experience at Plaza Cadillac. No pressure, excellent customer service - from the time I first went to look, through finance and delivery. Love my new XT5 and my husband will be getting his new car from there this week too!
