Just returned to collect an ordered wing mirror glass, and upon ringing the desk bell and waiting 5 minutes for a response, pressed for a second time only to have a staff member burst into view and grunt " I DID HEAR YOU, YOUR JUST GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT.." (not " sorry to keep you, I'll be a few minutes.." I chose to make my leave after only to be called back inside by my 83 year old friend who was about to be charged £50 for a part we were told would cost £20... Ended up paying £26... Still... Platts ...shame on you!!
