Normally don't complain but I bought a used ford escape on May 31st 2016. Was promised free oil changes for life. Went today after 4 years of oil changes and they told me I need to have injectors and air filters changed with them to honor the oil change. I do have the promise of oil changes in writing. These oil changes were promised because they charged me $1000 For pin-striping ( on a used car ) , Nitrium filled tires, and Door gaurds which I never received on the vehicle. The Sales manager did get hostile with me, but, in the end, they don't care because they just get the next person to fall for their lies. If I could give them less than one star I would!
