This is perfectly located being in the park in the heart of Fallowfield. My family have used their services on a number of occasions and have been grateful for their willingness to help with various jobs, not just with bikes but also eg our son’s scooter. Toddler is very happy with his new scooter bell which Andy kindly gave from their second hand stock. Places like this are a real asset to our community.
I turned up on a whim on a Saturday morning hoping that my lovely old bike could be revived. I also have a limited working knowledge of bike maintenance and had some hopes that I might be able to learn a few things myself. Immediately I was offered tools to check my inner tubes and a space and bike stand to do this. Wow...amazing service! Fixed my tricky back wheel puncture whilst I waited and for a very reasonable price! Bike repairs in the area...look no further!!
The service was unacceptable, with two bikes damaged beyond repair. Although responsibility was initially acknowledged, this was later withdrawn and treated dismissively. Despite costs exceeding £1,000, the matter was not properly resolved. The situation was unnecessarily escalated, and no accountability was ultimately taken, leaving a young child without a usable bike.
