Thank you for denying my 2 year old grand daughter access to a restroom when you could hear her announce she had to go! You then direct us to go across the street?!! Will never use your store again.
They did not explain about this and I was miss informed . I could not come pick up the left over clothes and cash that they where giving me for the clothes that they where taking due to my car breaking down. I called them when they opened today .they said they had donated the left over clothes and are mailing me out store credit because I didn't come in. They said I can't get cash now. To me the store credit is useless because I don't want to go back there at all.

If you purchase something small the remainder of your store credit can be turned into cash as well. Hope this is helpful.
Incredible store! Great staff! We went to Plato's Closet first for school clothes and were able to get everything we needed!! We didn't need to hit the other 6 stores on our list!! Saved time and money!!

Absolute waste of time. My daughter and I took some of her clothes in yesterday and the sales girl was terribly rude, she was too busy talking to other employees to even pay attention to us other than to shove the pink ticket to us. When we went back and got the things they don't take, it's a joke. My daughter was told a pair of shorts had a broken zipper (it zipped), things had spots, faded, things like that. The funny thing is, the majority of the clothes still had the store tags on them. It was just past the return period... read more

Love your store..There is no place to beat the prices you offer for the quality of clothing you have..We go there several times a month and never miss a bag sale.. I also wanted to "Thank You" for having comfortable seating..Its great for us that spend 3-4 hours in the store lol..Your staff is soo friendly and eager to help...For those with big families that are on a budget, this is the place for year round clothing and especially with another school year upon us!!!
