I've always enjoyed coming to Platos Closet. There are so many cute outfits to choose from and everything is affordable. The customer service is amazing I've always had staff right there helping me. I've never had a bad experience coming into this store.
My review is great service just wish it was in a bigger store as isles sometimes are too packed. Although packed isles mean more selection lol. Thanks for being a great place to buy name brands...
You can go in there with brand new clothes and they will say something is wrong with them. literally was told an hour and a half wait and 5 mins later they were done. didnt even look at my stuff. rude employees. and very unreasonable and unrealistic.

Plato’s closet I was in there today the gal at the register says I have a 20% coupon and ask if I’d like to use it toward my purchase I said sure all of a sudden she says oh wow merry Christmas to someone I just gave them 20% off so but can’t use it I’m sorry wow always sales stained and torn items but u can take nice clean name brand items to sale them and they say there out of dater or some bull crap I will make sure I and many others do business else where and she also called me a lier pretty sad
I was treated rudely by the staff. I wouldn't waste my time to go there again. I would never recommend them to anyone.
