I visited the Springfield store yesterday and was appalled They store was a mess, the fitting rooms were horrid and management was just standing around doing nothing. I only saw one girl actually working. Tiny little blonde girl lugging very heavy totes of clothes around. I wont be back.
My daughter in law worked here for a brief time, it's been several weeks since her employment was amicably terminated and she has yet to receive a paycheck! Currently sitting in the parking lot waiting on manager that told her to be here at 11a, but is not here. Looked up the district number for this company, gonna have to make a call... Complaints? We took my granddaughters jeans in to sell. They offered a great amount. We bought her some school clothes and we'll definitely be returning in September to do more shopping. You ladies are awesome. Thanks for the wonderful experience. See you soon❤
By far the worst customer service and store I've ever been in! I have taken clothes there forever and today they informed me that they stink. She rudely informed me that clothes must be washed before I bring them in and that "they have an odor and we will not look at them until they have been washed." I do wash my clothes, I am not trash, and I will not be treated that way! The clothes are all from this summer, in style, and nice and clean! This store and it's buying policy are a joke. I should be able to walk in with a bag of in-season name brand clothing and walk out with cash, right? Wrong. They took two hours to only buy one item from an entire bag of clothing and gave me less than $3 for something that could've easily sold for $10 on any yard sale website. That's the last time I ever step foot in that store!

Well I know from personal experience that tags don't always mean perfect condition. I've looked over items that have had tags and I have found small spots, pit stains, holes.. You name it. When I speak with people about what items we can take vs. what we can't, I always explain to them what was wrong with the items and I'll even show you. 50% of the items were pretty gross with stains. I saw a Dooney and Bourke purse with white paint and stains all over it! Just because it has a label, does not make it quality!

We always look over everything when we buy it in so nothing should have stains on it, however once in a while things get damaged or stained from being out on the floor. Customers are always welcome to bring us an item if they notice something wrong with it. I'm sorry that you had a negative experience.
I am appalled at what the girls working tonight did to my 17 year old daughter! My daughter took 2 rings and a necklace from Zales up to see if they would buy them...they took the items to look at, came back with a piece of paper for her to sign (making her feel like she had no other choice) and only gave her $4.00!!!! 3 things that cost over $200, they gave her $4!!! Sorry for your experience. We price most jewelry at under $10 each and give customers about 30% of what we price at. You can always decline a quote and take your merchandise with you. You simply say I don't want to sell my items for that amount and we either void the entire buy or the items you choose to keep. We would never take advantage of anyone and ask if the quote is okay prior to hitting the cash button and asking for a signature. I am sorry you feel like your daughter was taken advantage of.
