Terrible experience. The store had an unpleasant smell and after waiting 20 minutes for them to check out 1 person (while other workers watched line back up) the girl bunched the pants I purchased in a ball and shoved them in the bag. I immediately folded them after I left. Who even does that with their own clothes?!?!

I'm visiting family for christmas and came here and it's better than the one back home. I always prefer this one. I came in on Christmas Eve in the afternoon and all the girls were cute and pleasant. Not overly annoying, fake,and bubbly where you can tell it's fake, like when I go to Charlotte Russe lol! Good store! Kudosss
