Platos closet has always been spoke about very highly to me , I've been to this location 3 times and have had an awful experience. My items were new , worn maybe once or twice . The teenage girls that work there seem to have no retail experience not to mention that they only looked at the top of the bag , because they couldn't handle multitasking at the job , with individuals trying to sell items and interacting with customers at the same time . This has to be the worst store ever. Took in clothes that were worn maybe once, some still with tags on them. Girls (teenagers) working were very rude and didn't even look at over half of the items I brought in. I don't know if the corporate people know how badly this store is run but I do know someone who works for the corporation and plan to let them know.

Apparently, your "cash" back for your clothes expires, which is absolutely outrageous. So glad I gave away my clothes for free to this place. Will not return.
I've been to this store several times looking to sell and buy clothing. The problem with this store is, when I go there to sell, they always turn down my BRAND NEW items and accept others very worn out stuff. I've been there to shop and I've seen the same shirts sitting on the rack for over months. It's ridiculous. If you want to sell clothes, take your business elsewhere. Not worth the time.
Worst Platos EVER!!! Disgusting actually. Biggest one I've been in and there was clothes all over. On the floor. In piles all over. In shopping carts. Absolutely horrible. Awful experience. I will not return. This place needs some major help

Sorry to hear this. We have been working hard to get our spring and summer apparel on our rack for our customers. This might of been what you saw. Good news is we now have all our shorts and tanks on the racks! Hope you change your mind, and come check us out!
I've only been in twice and both times my daughter found some Pink brand clothing she liked. All very nice and not worn-looking. They have a TON of brand name clothes that my daughter likes and crazy cheap prices. Totally worth the time to look through the racks to find the deals. Especially when their tastes change so quickly. Save your money and shop here first! The staff is VERY friendly and professional.
