This was the worst experience I have ever had at a consignment store. I would never suggest this place. I barely made it into the store when one of the associates yelled from the other end of the store said they weren't buying any more for the day. No hello or welcome. I asked when they would be buying and got no response or eye contact. So I walked over to the counter and overheard a girl with dark hair ask her associate if I was still coming over to the counter. Sorry you had a bad experience. At times we do in fact get so backed up in buys that we have to stop. Today at 4:00 we had a four hour wait, with two people processing buys. We are not usually this busy during the week if you would like to try us again. Again sorry we were not able to do your buy.
This manager does not do their job and runs this store so poorly. I certainly hope they get better employees soon.

I realize that you did not have a good experience with us last night. But things are not always as they seem. The girl you spoke to did in fact have to leave, she was trying hard to finish the buys she had before yours and had to go. She did offer to let you leave it though for today. As I said it is not always as it seems. Her grandmother had just passed away , and she needed to get home. Again sorry to you also.
Very rude staff. At least pretend like you care and want to be there when you are working instead of rolling your eyes and slumping around like you don't want to be there. Stained and torn items that are way overpriced. EDIT** Tried to offer me $6 for a Michael Kors purse in flawless condition and when I refused the offer and asked for the purse back, they tried to tell me they weren't sure where it went and tried to shove the money in my hand

Thank you for your feedback. I have talked to all staff today in regard to your return. The receipt that you had was not our sale receipt which would of shown proof of purchase for your jeans. I am sure that you understand with the nature of our business of resale, that our seven day return policy clearly states that we need the tag and register receipt.
I've been there to sell clothes twice and won't ever return to buy or sell again. This time they bought three things (a new MN Wild sweater, a new North Face sweatshirt, and a used men's polo) that were worth well over $100 total, and they gave me $10.55. Terrible customer service and no idea how to respectfully conduct business. Don't sell here.
