There were 4 girls working and they told me it would be an hr and a half before they would get to my bag. I sold some things there yesterday while 2 people were working and was in and out within 15minutes. Just really dissatisfied with the wait times.
This place is horrible, just awful. No customer service skills whatsoever they were so rude. They yelled "we aren't taking bags!!" the second we opened the door. Then we were trying to ask when they would take them and they blatantly ignored us. So we walk to counter and one says to the other "are they still coming" then when we got there they just stared at us. They were so rude. Never going back, donating was so much more worth it. This place needs much better employees. Whoever was working 2/11 at 4pm, needs to be fired.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a consignment store. I would never suggest this place. I barely made it into the store when one of the associates yelled from the other end of the store said they weren't buying any more for the day. No hello or welcome. I asked when they would be buying and got no response or eye contact. So I walked over to the counter and overheard a girl with dark hair ask her associate if I was still coming over to the counter. Sorry you had a bad experience. At times we do in fact get so backed up in buys that we have to stop. Today at 4:00 we had a four hour wait, with two people processing buys. We are not usually this busy during the week if you would like to try us again. Again sorry we were not able to do your buy.
This manager does not do their job and runs this store so poorly. I certainly hope they get better employees soon.

I realize that you did not have a good experience with us last night. But things are not always as they seem. The girl you spoke to did in fact have to leave, she was trying hard to finish the buys she had before yours and had to go. She did offer to let you leave it though for today. As I said it is not always as it seems. Her grandmother had just passed away , and she needed to get home. Again sorry to you also.
Very rude staff. At least pretend like you care and want to be there when you are working instead of rolling your eyes and slumping around like you don't want to be there. Stained and torn items that are way overpriced. EDIT** Tried to offer me $6 for a Michael Kors purse in flawless condition and when I refused the offer and asked for the purse back, they tried to tell me they weren't sure where it went and tried to shove the money in my hand
