Been shopping here for a couple of years, today was the first time I tried selling clothes. Brought in a whole bag of name brands like hollister, American eagle ect. They took 4 out of probably 35 items and gave me $5. For a place that claims on taking name brand, you might want to change your motto to, 2 brands only. Super disappointed and definitely will not buy from them anymore. Be more then glad to donate name brand to goodwill instead. Sorry Plato’s, you lost a customer.
I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately I’ve had too many bad experiences here to even give more than one star. The staff is all highschooler’s, and have zero retail skills whatsoever. The last time I walked in with my arms full of bags of clothes to sell, they saw me, then the 2 kids continued chatting about their personal life behind the counter, so I stood there waiting for them to at least tell me where to set my bags. Always rude, and the staff never once bought a thing from me, even when they are clean and in-season items from brands like Forever 21, Victoria's Secret, Old Navy, Top Shop, etc. A waste of time!
There were 4 girls working and they told me it would be an hr and a half before they would get to my bag. I sold some things there yesterday while 2 people were working and was in and out within 15minutes. Just really dissatisfied with the wait times.
This place is horrible, just awful. No customer service skills whatsoever they were so rude. They yelled "we aren't taking bags!!" the second we opened the door. Then we were trying to ask when they would take them and they blatantly ignored us. So we walk to counter and one says to the other "are they still coming" then when we got there they just stared at us. They were so rude. Never going back, donating was so much more worth it. This place needs much better employees. Whoever was working 2/11 at 4pm, needs to be fired.
