horrible service Plato's Closet in Burnsville has cheap name brand clothes but the girls that work there are very rude. Not one of them smiled at me. I brought 3 bags of clothing there and they took nothing. They would hold up tshirts and honestly laugh at them right in front of me. Nothing was wrong with those clothes. They were practically new and adorable. Just a bunch of stuck up bitches work there.
Simply Rude I went here all the time to buy clothes with friends and family. We were in there almost every weekend. I sold a lot of clothes there and spent a lot of money on their clothes. The products were good, but the service was horrible. People were always rude and stuck up, but I didn't let it get to me and kept going back to sell and buy clothes. better off donating. I've never been to platos closet before but I thought I would give it a try. I first went to the location in woodbury, mn and was pleasantly surprised with the amount I received back and the employees were pretty helpful. However, I just drove 20 miles to the location in burnsville and I stopped in literally 5 minutes past 7. Seriously? WHAT A JOKE!!!!! I brouth two big bags of clothes filled with pants, tank tops, shirts, and hoodies to plato's closet and they only took 9 items and gave me 34.70. All of the clothes that I brought were American Eagle, Hollister, Ambercrombie, rue 21, energie, and wet seal but yet they only took 9 items? They are really really picky and stuck up snobs! I will never bring clothes there again!

The ladies who work there are really racist they even took a moment to look at my clothes they said it was old while i was waiting I saw old clothes with stains and they said my was old really?😤😤 at lease my clothes was better than the one they sell there

Seriously this place has thieves running it, I took a giant bag of name brand clothes in. They told me it would take an hour so I decided to fill out a form and come back in an hour, big mistake. When I go back they took 6 things and gave me 18 dollars, some had tags still on them, I was in a hurry so I decided not to argue but to just take the money and go.
