Called around 9am on 4/29/24 regarding the 8 series convertible and was advised that 2 were available. I spoke to a manager who put me through to another person. I explained I was over an hour away and would come down the buy the vehicle if the numbers made sense and after a test drive. In my initial call I was asked and gave outline financial information where they told me that they could assess interest rates from their array of finance partners and hence repayments. It wasn’t good, I got there and was greeted by the receptionist who was very polite, then I had to wait for 5 minutes for the guy who contacted me about the appointment, then I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for someone to come over and talk to me, he didn’t know about the vehicle are you didn’t care to talk about it, then it was time for me to test drive and another guy came to do that, so far nobody tells me anything about the vehicle even when I’m driving it, he just kept asking me if I like it and I said I’m not su... read more

I called the dealership directly to make sure car was in stock and set up appointment to see the vehicle. After driving 80minutes to dealership they said the car was at a sister dealership 45 min away. They kept just trying to get me to see other vehicles, and there were no apologies, and no accountability. Seemed like no one was in charge and very chaotic. Don’t entertain this place!

Had an absolute wonderful and easy experience with George! I had been through about 8 other different dealerships who did not want to accommodate me for the online process, but with George, he made it so easy! And I love my car!
