I called and no return call was received. Rep was responding thru text, which I felt was unprofessional.

It was very pleasant and professional experience to deal and easy to communicate. Customer service made the smooth transition to purchase the vehicle.
Started the deal quickly but was EXTREMELY slow in wrapping the deal up. Deal was approved on day 1, took nearly an entire week to forward paperwork. Not very timely
