Outstanding- helpful polite professional and honest candid conversation
A salesman was quick to reply to my inquiry and I had a brief discussion about a used car they'd brought in. I was interested in doing a trade, and asked them for guidance on what my car might be worth in exchange. Apparently that wasn't the direction they wanted to take, because after promising to talk to their used car manager and get back to me, I never heard from them again. As a result, I question their professionalism and would be less willing to trust them.
I asked one simple question and their response was not to answer it but to get me to call them. If you can’t answer the one question I asked via email then I’m not going to call you.
