We chose a BMW x5 from Platinum and it was a very good choice, Bavil was very helpful and after a few minor problems with the transaction the guys delivered the car to our address, great car, thanks guys.
I saw a car liked on auto trader and messaged the garage to ask some questions about it and ask if it were possible to arrange a test drive. Baval was very helpful and quick to reply. We viewed the car on the Saturday, paid the deposit, by Monday they had done a new MOT on it and delivered the car to my home address on the Wednesday. The car looks immaculate for its age. It's only been 1 day but so far so good and I have peace of mind as it comes with a 6 month warranty. Would recommend this garage.
I can’t praise the professional and friendly service enough. From the first instance it was clear that there is a passion to ensure that you get the best, making sure that the vehicle you get is what you would expect. Oh and they also gave a comprehensive warranty. Top marks for sure
Brought a car 6 months ago, had to return it a number of times to platinum motors due to engine light. It then breaks down and required recovery as not working turns out after a full inspection through the warranty platinum motors recommended it’s a longstanding fault, waste of time and clearly do sell faulty cars!!
Excellent experience from start to finish. I dealt with Bavil for my Range Rover and I must say from collecting me at the train station to completing the transaction he was extremely professional and a general all around nice person to deal with. I would highly recommend them based from my experience. 5/5 from me.
