Bought a secondhand car from Platinum Dacia. Encountered a multitude of issues/errors that have required us to fight for resolutions which should not be needed for a dealer bought car. Issues include: 1. Car not prepared at pickup. Required re-valet and chasing for several documents (full service history, breakdown cover). Excellent service all round when buying our new car. Our sales executive Eleanor (and Leon) were remarkably patient as we changed the specifications a few times and always ensured we were happy at every stage. These transactions don’t come without the occasional issue and we had a problem with one of the accessories which has been dealt with swiftly and without question. Our Dacia is a fantastic car for the money. Very happy.
