Our initial enquiry was dealt with promptly and professionally by Stuart, and all the options were explained. We decided on a Mercedes S Class for the journey to our son’s wedding. The car didn’t disappoint and the chauffeur Roland was very professional and courteous. He was ready and waiting for us, bang on time outside our hotel. A great start to a wonderful day.
Fantastic service throughout from Stuart. Great range of cars, excellent communication during the booking process, we had the S Class Mercedes for my daughter’s wedding - super car, comfortable and absolutely spotless inside and out. Definitely recommend Platimum Cars for any function.
Very bad customer service, and mr Stuart was very rude in his behaviour. I don’t know where is this industry going. Please avoid this company at any costs.
